Vanessa Vega Marketing ("we") provides paid media management, landing page and reporting services to business clients. This policy explains what data we access when managing a client's advertising accounts, how we use it, and how it is protected.
With a client's authorisation, we access their advertising accounts, including Google Ads (through the Google Ads API) and Meta (through the Meta Marketing API). We read campaign settings and performance data such as spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and search terms, and we make management changes the client has authorised, such as pausing underperforming ads or keywords, adding negative keywords and adjusting budgets within agreed limits.
We do not use advertising APIs to collect personal information about the people who see or click a client's ads. Performance data is handled in aggregate. If a client shares customer or lead information with us for measurement, it is used only for that client's reporting and is not used for any other purpose.
Access credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are never shared or written into reports. Reports and working data are kept in private, access-controlled storage. Access to a client's data is removed when our engagement ends or when the client asks.
A client can revoke our access at any time from within their Google Ads or Meta account settings, or by asking us. Questions about this policy or requests to delete data can be sent to vvega0716@gmail.com.
